Nourish Up Young Professionals Pack & Pour

We’ll start with a brief tour and introduction to Nourish Up, followed by a hands-on packing activity where we’ll create several pallets of 7-day boxes of nonperishable food for neighbors in need. Afterward, we’ll head to Free Range Bar at Camp North End to unwind with a beer and a snack. It’s a simple, meaningful way to serve, connect, and kick off something new—together.

Nourish Up Young Professionals presented by The Josh Neuman Foundation is a new community for Charlotte friends who want to connect, serve, and make a tangible difference—together. We invite you to be part of our mission to nourish our neighbors with food and compassion while building meaningful relationships with others who care about this city. Nourish Up is the organization formerly known as Loaves & Fishes and Friendship Trays, and for more than 50 years we’ve been delivering meals, groceries, and hope to our community. This new Young Professionals group is about YOU—our future—the next generation stepping into that legacy—bringing energy, ideas, and heart to the work of caring for our neighbors.
