Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Nourish Up! We cannot nourish our neighbors without neighbors like you.

Group volunteer activities include delivering meals or groceries, sorting food donations, and packing grocery boxes for distribution to our neighbors in need. Warehouse group volunteering is our most requested volunteer opportunity; therefore, we recommend scheduling your group 2 to 3 months ahead to secure your preferred shift.

We are closed on Sundays.

Reminder:

  • Volunteer shifts are restricted to groups of 20 or less to ensure the safety of all volunteers and staff.
  • All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older to participate in warehouse volunteering. However, kids of any age can assist a licensed driver with grocery or meal deliveries.
  • Warehouse or Grocery Home Delivery volunteers must be able to lift 25 lbs.
