We are approaching the holiday season at the speed of light. As numbers continue to increase, our Hunger Hub is abuzz with activity. And our need for volunteers has never been greater. 

We are thrilled to welcome a flagship grocery home delivery team to our field of wonderful volunteers. In September, Guillebeau’s Groceries took their maiden voyage with a monthly commitment to SIX grocery home delivery routes. This band of brothers has come together to honor the memory of their comrade Jeff Guillebeau. The “fellas” will deliver to thousands of people over the course of the year ahead. 

We are thrilled to add their combined theme of service, food, and brawn to our fleet of volunteers who deliver groceries to our neighbors in need.  

We asked the team what surprised them about their first route?

Paul shared, “The number of people in need in these areas. It’s easy to just drive by and not think about it too much. This was an eye opening experience, and also inspiring to be able to help.”

When asked, what would you change?, Ryan added, “My morning was spot on. I loved spending time with my brothers and your awesome team.”

Many of you receive emails from our team of coordinators on a regular basis. These requests and needs are, yes, frequent, but they are real.
